Real Life #7

Based on "Cruel Life #7"
Respect And Follow The Advice...

Advice
C: Who's?
Me: You said I can be tough.
C: Anyone can be tough.
Me: Really? I told you I wanted to be tough, but you said that my attitude was not going to help.
C: You were angry and stressed out.
Me: I just wanted to show you that I can be tough too, but I did not tell you in a good way.
C: You wanted to yell at me, buy you never yell, so I was relieved. That is why I quickly changed the subject.
Me: Look, I am sorry. I just wanted to tell you that I should have listened to you. All I wanted was your advice.
C: Well what kind of advice do you want?
Me: This is not what this talk is all about.
C: Then what is it?
Me: You have experience. Experience that I may not have whatsoever. You know what? I learned that when people are looked up to, their advice can become valuable. This is because most can give you advice to get where they are at. For example, You are a good runner. I want to be that one good runner. To do that, I should really follow your advice because it can be valuable to me some day. It can even help me be a good runner!
C: I would not be the only one.
Me: I know. When I hear "advice," I think about older people. Those are the ones with experience. They usually tell you the most because they have faced more obstacles than you ever have.
Advice Is Free

C: What do you suggest about these people?
Me: I suggest that their advice will be valuable. they are most likely to know tricks and obstacles in life that you may not even know about. Obstacles that you are most likely to face. When an older person goes up to you and gives you advice, it is because they know that you are following a certain road known by the adviser. As this person gives you advice, you should respect. Respect and follow the advice. I learned this the good way actually.
C: And How?
Me: My aunt. She has gone through so much. She gives me never ending advice that actually helps. I listen because I have respect for her. She is older than me. Other than that, she has gained so much knowledge throughout life, and wants to share and make better, or prevent. Advice from these people is like a history book.
C: Well Explain how it is like a history book.
Me: They are the history books!
C: Wow. Sounds like you call them old.
Me: No! I have complete respect. Not just for them, but for the advice.
C: In my opinion, It should be an honor to get advice from someone like that. It can help you some day.
Me: Yes it is.
